The noise levels were unbearable during the New Year's celebrations, which made it impossible to sleep. the lack of an elevator made it challenging to navigate the hotel, especially after a night of partying.

Had a nice Christmas holiday thanks to the help of the staff. The hotel room decorations were festive and cozy. The breakfast offered a variety that suited every taste and preference. Locationwise, it was just a short walk to the main attractions.
The rooms weren't soundproof enough, making it quite noisy at night, which didn't let me rest properly. some of the staff members weren't very attentive or helpful, this made it difficult to communicate with them, and get things done.
